The table below lists the delivery options, costs, and timeframes provided by La Poste/Colissimo.
Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco: €10, 1-2 weeks
Free delivery on orders over €250.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
We ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure it is correct for a smooth delivery. Any re-shipment due to an incorrect address will be at your expense.
The risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
PRICE DETAILS
The total price of your order does not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees related to international deliveries, which may apply to International Europe, International Worldwide Zone B, and Zone C shipments.
HOLDING PERIOD
The period during which the Post Office holds a package that could not be delivered by the courier to the recipient is 15 days, after the delivery of a notice of attempted delivery.
After this period, both in France and abroad, the package is returned to the sender.
ADDITIONAL DELAYS
Will Side is not responsible for additional delivery delays or inappropriate behavior by postal services and carriers.
We decline any responsibility for delayed delivery times caused by the carrier, especially in the event of loss of the product(s) or strikes.

EASY RETURNS
First of all, we would like to remind you that our upcycled pieces are unique and created from second-hand clothing, which may show signs of wear as they have lived a previous life.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If, after receiving the order, the size or fit of the model is not suitable, under the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a product return.
RETURN REQUEST
To process your return request, please send us an email directly to contact@willside.fr
Please indicate the following:
- Email subject: “Return Will Side”
- Your first and last name used for the order
- Your order number
- Reasons for the return of the product(s)

The product(s) being returned must have been purchased on Willside.fr and must be in the same condition as shipped by our services: intact, unworn, and with the original seal.
Will Side reserves the right to refuse the refund of the order if it detects any damage or if the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Will Side does not accept exchanges.
Lacing ropes related to the EARTH SYSTEM collection are not refundable individually.
FAST REFUND
The customer will be refunded the amount of the returned product(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt and verification of the product(s), provided that the product(s) complies with the Will Side return policy.
LOST ORDERS
In the event of a delivery delay compared to the maximum timeframe indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
We will contact the Colissimo service to start an investigation, which may take up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation.
If, during this period, the product is found, it will be forwarded immediately to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of order (most cases).
If the product is not found after the 21-day investigation period, La Poste/Colissimo considers the package lost.
Only at this point can we send you a replacement product at our expense.
If the ordered product(s) are no longer available, we will offer you a new product or refund the amount of the products involved in the carrier loss.
If the product(s) were still available but had changed in price on the site, we would apply the new prices, either by refunding the difference via bank transfer or by requesting an additional payment from the customer regarding this price difference.
The shipment or refund of items will only be effective after the end of the postal service investigation.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 72 hours of purchase confirmation (excluding public holidays, weekends, and exceptional cases).
Although we do our best to meet the deadlines, keep in mind that unexpected events can occur.
